Hustle 24/7... OR Balance

Published 2 months ago • 1 min read

A lot of hustle culture gurus (especially young ones) think you need to hustle 24/7...

"I need to make money every day!"

"I need to work non-stop 24/7"

"I have no life and just grind..."'

Lmao

Honestly, I used to be like this over a year ago...

Back in the day, I sacrificed my relationships (with people who didn't have the "hustle mindset") and almost NEVER went out.

And what happened?

I live life with almost no friends (which meant terrible social skills)

I had nothing to do in my spare time (no one to make plans with)

And sure, I made progress... but how much more personal development could I have made IF I worked on my life experience?

Every big hustle-mindset guru online says that balance is bullshit.

Even Hamza (he said it himself)

But I disagree.

In life, everything needs balance.

The night and the day.

The good and the bad.

And anything else you could think of.

Now if you ONLY worked 24/7 and focused on self-improvement all the time...

Your social skills will go down. You won't develop life experience (so you'll be boring). And you won't grow as fast.

Now yes...

There is a time for monk mode...

BUT what's the harm in working 5-6 days per week AND THEN going out on the weekend for a night (even if it fucks up your sleeping routine?)

Do you really believe you won't make as much progress?

Or will the mental reset you have (and bonus life experience) help fuel you to evolve faster than being a shut-in wannabe entrepreneur...

So remember...

Grind in the day, party at night.

Live life with balance like it's meant to be lived (your not a robot)

And go live the one life you have to the fullest.

That's it.
